How much does an office fit-out cost per sq ft in London?

It depends on specification, how much of the floor is enclosed and what can be reused. Our London calculator shows five profiles side by side.

What are churn works?

Smaller changes to an occupied office: moving teams, adding rooms, changing power and data. They still need a scope and a fair price.

What is the difference between Cat A and Cat B?

Cat A is the landlord's base finish. Cat B is the occupier's fit-out on top: partitions, rooms, finishes, furniture and AV.

Do I need a cost consultant for a small fit-out?

If you're comparing quotes that don't line up, an independent check usually pays for itself by finding gaps before you sign.

How do I compare fit-out tenders?

Level every return to the same scope, list the exclusions and provisional sums, then compare. We do this for you.
